2nd Line Support Engineer - Microsoft Gold Partner!
Company Overview:
A rapidly expanding Microsoft Gold Partner, are looking for a Technical 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their East Sussex-based team.
They specialise in providing Cloud Services to Small-to-Medium sized enterprises across the UK and are looking to expand into the European market shortly.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support across a variety of technologies.
Offer guidance, manage internal IT systems, and assist with proposals.
Participate in IT project implementations and maintain performance targets.
Record support calls, monitor queues, and conduct scheduled maintenance.
Ensure cyber and network security best practices and liaise with vendors.
Prepare hardware, assist with client deployments, and visit sites as needed.
Skills/Must have:
Passion for enterprise-grade infrastructure technology and a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
Expertise in Microsoft technologies - Office 365 / Azure / Windows / Active Directory
Proficiency in configuring and maintaining devices with Microsoft Endpoint Management.
Experience with virtualization, backup solutions, and telecoms.
Networking Fundamentals - Knowledge of protocols.
Excellent communication skills.
