As a Shift Lead, you will be required to
Be responsible and accountable for the production team, the way it functions and the area you work in.
Monitor performance to metrics and manage resources and priorities to achieve targets.
Liaise with other production supervisors on production requirements, achievements, production issues and resourcing.
Identify and analyse problems and introduce sustainable solutions across the other production lines.
You would liaise with many different departments internally such as quality, maintenance, engineering and more.
Assist supervisors with process improvements, material flows, and space management.
Maintaining quality standards.
Ongoing reviews of production process/flow, risk assessments and safe operating procedures.
Encourage and motivate your team
Experience / Skillset required for this role
2 years of experience in a similar management role
Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Computer literate
