Position: Full-time, 37 hours

Rate: £28,760 - £33,400
Day to Day of the Role: Conduct assessments of learners’ competency levels in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations to learners.
Collaborate with curriculum development teams to update and develop training materials and resources.
Provide individualised support and guidance to learners to help them achieve their learning goals.
Monitor and track learner progress, offering feedback and support as needed.
Ensure training programs meet quality assurance standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
Stay informed on industry trends and advancements to continually enhance training programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Level 3 relevant vocational qualification.
Level 3 TAQA or Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Qualifications (or equivalent, A1, etc.).
Proven industry experience in carpentry.
Experience in vocational education and training, particularly in assessing and/or delivering training programs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
