Job Scope and Main Responsibilities

A Store Manager oversees all aspects of store operations, including sales, profitability, recruiting, maintenance, and inventory control as well as ensuring excellent customer service is delivered. A store manager is expected to improve the overall business performance and achieve objectives through effective management, leadership, and development of the people in their team. As a EssilorLuxottica ambassador the store manager will role model the EssilorLuxottica values and the Ray-Ban culture.

Responsibilities

Oversee the store’s day-to-day operations.

Ensure all KPI targets and expectations are delivered.

Ensure costs are kept to a minimum and stock loss is in within company guidelines.

Regularly analyses sales performance, maximising strengths and reviewing poor performance to establish an action plan for improvement

To follow all company policy and procedures to ensure safety and security of the business

Network effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Keep abreast of and be knowledgeable of competitor activity

Deliver memorable customer service and exceptional product knowledge

Maintain inspiring visual merchandising in store as per guidelines

Ensuring that the store is always on top of the competition by being commercially focused

Recruit, lead, motivate and inspire your team to succeed in store

Create an engaging and positive working environment

Establish a store culture that embraces diversity and maximises the learnings from a diverse team

Lead store team to deliver brand story (and Sunglass Hut experience, if applicable) through effective store management

Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability

Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance

Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
