Sales Support plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by providing administrative and operational assistance throughout the sales process. This role involves managing sales-related tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients from initial inquiry to post-sale support.

The role:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Coordinate sales activities and follow-up tasks to ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records with relevant information and communications.
Prepare sales reports and analytics to track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Provide product information, pricing details, and technical support to clients as needed.
Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, events, and product demonstrations, including scheduling appointments and arranging travel arrangements.
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including facilitating product demonstrations and training sessions.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed to ensure resolution.
