Accelerate Teaching are looking for highly experienced SEN TAs to join our team and support students in some of Bradford's most sought-after primary schools. We have positions starting in September 2024 across the Bradford district as an SEN TA.

At Accelerate Teaching, we are committed to providing exceptional educational support to students with special needs. Our mission is to nurture their potential, promote inclusion, and ensure a supportive learning environment for every child.

As an SEN TA, you will play a pivotal role in empowering students with diverse needs. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one or small group support, assisting the class teacher, and adapting learning materials to suit individual requirements. You will work closely with our dedicated team to create an inclusive and engaging learning atmosphere.

Key Requirements:

Proven track record of success and experience as an SEN TA in a primary school setting.

A genuine passion for supporting children with special needs.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.

Be available 5 days per week in term time (Bradford)

Flexibility, patience, and adaptability to cater to varying needs.

A Team Teach qualification is desirable although not essential.
