The Role
Working in connection with our area manager chef you'll be responsible for maintaining the high standards expected and to be a integral part of the senior team
Menus are all generated from head office but change on a seasonal basis, this role would suit a candidate who is looking to work for a great company with opportunities for growth and personal development. You will be expected to lead, direct, train and supervise your team members and maintain all tasks in the kitchen.
Preparing, cooking, presenting and serving menu items to the best of your ability, in a manner agreed by the management team
Ensuring all routine cleaning schedules are maintained and reviewed on a regular basis,
Follow house Health & Safety and Food Hygiene policies
Day-to-day stock management with a keen eye on GP maintenance.
Placing food orders in a timely and organised manner
Managing and training a small kitchen team.
Required Experience
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within the hospitality sector, hard-working and will have good communication skills. Experience in a similar Chef position is essential. A proven track record, with fresh ideas will express drive, success and passion for the position.
