Contracts Manager Key Tasks: · P&L financial account management.· Quote new works.· Manage Contractors strategically so their performance is optimised.· Develop and implement a contractor performance management system.· Provide contractor management support to account management teams.· Effective contractor administration that ensures legal compliance and other outcomes are optimised..Project and New Customer Contract Mobilisation Management· Plan, manage and deliver projects, so as to achieve the business case and objectives on which the project was authorised.· Effectively project manage the mobilisation of new customer contracts so as to satisfy key stakeholders.· Plan mobilising using appropriate, contemporary methods and tools.· Ensure time, quality and cost targets are achieved when leading mobilising customer contracts. Contracts Manager Key Skills / Attributes Required: · Technical background within one of Building Services - HVAC / M&E / Refrigeration· Team management experience· Supply chain performance management experience· Contract negotiation skills· Strong Client facing experience· Dynamic· High Degree of flexibility in working hours including weekends and out of hours· High degree of mobility, travelling throughout the UK with nights away from home to meet business needs.· Full UK Driving Licence· IT Literate, familiar with all Microsoft packages· Customer focused, organised, flexible and professional.· Strong legal compliance focus
