Role Description:
We are looking for a passionate salesperson who possesses the ability to prospect and develop new business. This is a full-time remote role for an experienced Field Sales Executive. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our network of dealers and distributors, identifying new business opportunities and growing the customer base while finding and developing new markets and improving sales although some enquiries will be generated by the office. They will also work to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This role will include carrying out demonstrations to prospective clients of our range of machines.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience;
The drive and enthusiasm to not only reach but exceed sales targets;
Ability to close direct sales and manage our network of dealers;
Ability to physically demonstrate our range of steam cleaning and floor cleaning equipment
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written;
Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and new business;
Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities;
Experience with CRM software and other relevant technology;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect and build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds;
Experience in the cleaning, facility management, or relevant industry is required
Ability to travel as needed.
