Our award-winning agency client is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Junior Account Manager you will act as the primary link between the client and the agency on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities:
Manage projects with support, ensuring accurate scheduling and client Pos
Set up jobs, produce quotes, and maintain financial documentation
Prepare for client meetings, build relationships based on trust, and deliver exceptional service
Communicate with clients, addressing requests in collaboration with the team
Complete daily timesheets and assist team members as required
Maintain accurate estimating, billing plans, and invoicing for projects
Raise supplier POs and allocate costs accurately within Synergist
Support in adding new core client opportunities for pipeline reporting
Skills and experience:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written commercially astute
Strong planning and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
Excellent relationship building skills
