Paralegal - Local Government and Litigation Team

Seven Resourcing are currently looking for a Paralegal to work within the Local Government and Litigation Team within Basingstoke and Deane BC. There are 3 main purposes for this role:

Information Governance:   To provide paralegal support to the Information Governance Team in dealing with Freedom of Information requests, Environmental Information requests, Data Protection Subject Access Requests and all related aspects

Planning and Litigation:  To provide paralegal support to the Planning and Litigation team within Legal Services

Property and Contracts:   To provide paralegal support to the Planning and Litigation team within Legal Services.

Some Key Information Is Highlighted Below:

Rate: This role is paying £16.63 per hour.

Hours: this role is 37 hours per week.

Working Arrangements: Hybrid working. Must be able to work at least 3 days a week in the office.

Essential:

Experience of managing own workload.

Previous experience working in a team environment.

Previous experience working in a legal environment.

Ability to work under pressure.

Be undertaking Qualifying Work Experience with one the following post graduate qualifications:- SQE 1 passed and SQE 2 working towards;

CILEX Advanced Paralegal qualification.
