This medium sized firm of chartered accountants and business advisors have a job vacancy for an audit and accounts manage to join their London audit team. This firm boast a wealth of clients from various industries and work with SMEs to large international groups. This is a great place to work, with a really friendly team, flexible working and hybrid working very much in place and potential to progress your career right through to partner.As a manager in the audit and accounts department, your duties will include: Managing a client portfolio of audit and non audit clients
Oversee all assignments, reviewing completed work and supervising staff
Work with other managers to allocate and delegate work across the department
Be a major point of contact for clients, providing business advice and answering queries
Be involved in recruitment and staff development for the department
Work with senior managers and partners on complex ad-hoc assignments as required
You will: Hold a recognised accounting qualification
Have gained accounts and audit experience working in an accountancy practice
Have strong technical accounting and auditing knowledge
Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
have the ability or at least desire to manage and develop junior staff
Enjoy working closely with clients
