Key Responsibilities:

Project Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and internal standards, conducting and implementing necessary actions to maintain compliance.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the coordination of project activities, ensuring seamless operations across departments and successful project delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement strategies for operational improvement, enhancing productivity and project outcomes.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation and reporting, providing insights and updates to senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in management and project management
Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to project compliance.
A commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.
Must be willing to relocate or be within commuting distance to Cheshire.
