The Opportunity
We are searching for a highly motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. You will play a pivotal role in cost management, contract administration, and ensuring project profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost planning and feasibility studies
Tender analysis and contractor appointment
Handling contractor re-measurement, interim and final account payments
Production and administration of contracts
Pre-tender and post-tender meetings
Reviewing tender inquiries and preparing tender/contract documents
Assessment and negotiation of variations and claims
Cost-effectiveness analysis of products, projects, and services
