Your Role

Are you a dynamic sales professional ready to elevate your career to new heights? At Nephos Technologies, we're seeking someone with is proficient in identifying and accessing the right stakeholders to secure new business opportunities. If you have a proven track record of winning new business and are ready to take on the challenge of securing and expanding large managed services deals, then this role is for you.

As a Sales Executive at Nephos Technologies, you'll employ a “business outcomes” lens, guiding clients to identify their evolving data needs. Your responsibilities include identifying initial consultancy engagements with new clients and overseeing the development of the relationship by continually seeking fresh client challenges to overcome.

Required Experience

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a relentless desire to excel in a customer-first sales environment, including:

• Solid track record of executive-level selling based on business priorities and outcomes

• Proven success in winning new clients through consultancy and services-led engagements

• Demonstrated ability to develop an industry focus through continuous networking and relationship building

• A track record of Enterprise selling

• Proficiency in multi-threading engagement across multiple personas to enable co-selling with the Nephos Executive Team

• Patience and adaptability in navigating non-linear enterprise bids

• Skill in identifying key stakeholders and processes leading to contract signatures

Required Qualifications

We seek individuals with:

• A strong and demonstrated interest in consultancy-led client engagements, particularly in addressing complex data-related challenges

• Fundamental knowledge in Enterprise Selling, Business Strategy, Executive relationship management, and Finance

• Excellent academic credentials and professional sales training

• Willingness and ability to learn independently
