What will you do?
Perform general administrative tasks, including diary management, filing, printing, scanning, binding, and photocopying
Draft legal documents
Correspond with clients through emails, telephone calls, and face-to-face interactions in the office
Conduct legal research
Assist and shadow solicitors in their duties
Manage your own caseload and maintain accurate files following office procedures
Confirm instructions and advice to clients in writing
What do you need?
Experience working in a legal environment
Familiarity with legal processes and procedures
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented with exceptional attention to accuracy
Proficient in relevant software applications
Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
