Position Overview: We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team on weekends and evenings. As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and support to our clients with various daily tasks, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others while working alongside a supportive and dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks as needed.
Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social activities, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and address any concerns or changes in condition.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a care-related role is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training and support for all new hires.
Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
Reliable and trustworthy, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexible availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
