About the role:
Working closely with an Account Director, you will be responsible for delivering high quality work across a range of high profile accounts
You will be the day-to-day contact for some of our accounts, liaising with operators and marketing managers to ensure their websites and digital marketing channels are kept up to date
You will be responsible for producing client reports that demonstrate ROI
You will support the Account Director in preparing for strategy meetings
You will also support the wider Account Management team on briefing and managing workflow
What we’re looking for:
Experience in a similar client-facing role
A team player and great communicator
An incisive approach to working out problems
A passion for all areas of digital and how they can be commercially applied
It would be beneficial if additionally you had:
Previous digital agency experience
Experience with Wordpress
Experience with Google Analytics
