Project Architect Position Overview
Keep within budgetary requirements
Occasional site visits
Design/ work on projects within a variety of sectors
Develop designs into working drawings
Coordinate tender and construction design packages
Submission of planning / building regs
Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages
Help with and coordinate the design and production of comprehensive design information
Prepare and produce plans and documents for statutory approvals
Participate in team meetings
Project Architect Position Requirements
Based within a commutable distance of Sheffield
ARB Qualified Architect
Good knowledge of Revit
Motivated individual
Ability to work well as part of a design / technical team
Previous experience on residential / student accommodation projects is an advantage
Design flare
