As a Customer Loyalty Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience. Your responsibilities will include answering customer queries via phone and email, maintaining regular communication with them, and liaising with suppliers for order and product information. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the upkeep of their website, ensuring that it remains up to date with product offerings and information.

Key Responsibilities:

Deal with incoming customer queries via various platforms: phone, email, and live chat.

Place orders and handle related queries efficiently.

Liaise with suppliers to obtain up-to-date information on orders and products for optimal customer satisfaction.

Update website content regularly to ensure accurate product information.

Provide support to the sales team in meeting customer requirements.

Proactively reach out to customers, providing updates and building strong relationships.
