Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring the efficient operation of end-user devices
Provide first-line technical support to internal staff, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Assist in the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
Respond to help desk tickets and inquiries in a timely & professional manner.
Conduct regular system and software updates to ensure security and performance.
Educate and support end-users on technology best practices and usage.
Collaborate with external vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance.
Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
Participate in IT projects, contributing to the planning and implementation of new technologies.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Experience: The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Experience with Windows environment (10, 11, Server 2016, 2019, and 2022)
Proficiency with MS Office/365
AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy administration experience
Hands-on experience with computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, including setup, administration, and rebuilding.
Desirable Skills/Nice to Have: In addition to the key competencies, the following skills and experiences are desirable:
O365/Azure Administration experience, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Email (Hybrid to premise)
Backup Software
VMware
Wireless
Anti-Virus
Networked Printers
VPN
Power BI
MDM
Writing IT Documentation
Familiarity with Ubuntu and Mac OS
