We are seeking a talented and experienced Network Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure across a leading multi-academy trust. As a key member of the Infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the network infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Designing, planning and implementing network infrastructure solutions to meet the needs of the academies
Managing and maintaining network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points
Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal performance and availability
Implementing and enforcing network security measures to protect against cybersecurity threats
Collaborating with other IT team members and academic staff to understand requirements and provide technical support
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve network infrastructure
The successful candidate will have:
Strong experience in a senior/lead/management Networking position
Expertise in Cisco and/or Aruba networking technologies
