The Role:
Planning, designing, executing and monitoring every aspect of specific projects.
Management and design works and co-ordination
Conversing with clients to understand their needs and expectations in order to obtain the brief and create quotations
Work closely with construction teams to ensure that projects are executed according to plan
Meeting with management and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs
Compiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management and other stakeholders
Developing excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
Experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL
CAD experience highly desirable
Be a motivated self-starter who takes ownership of work and delivers to deadlines
Have good attention to detail and organisation skills in order to manage multiple projects
Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
