Sales & Operator Coordinator
City of London, England, United Kingdom
We are looking to recruit a Sales & Provider Coordinator to join the team. The role will be split in to 3 admin roles - Looking after the flexible office partners, assisting with sales support and assisting with sales admin.
The core of the flex provider role is to maintain and expand our partner relationships with providers of space in the UK, US and globally.
You will be communicating directly with our providers helping them with their listings, but also reaching out to ones that we don’t currently work with. About Office Freedom We are a UK-based brokerage established 31 years ago by Richard Smith, who remains our CEO. He has spent the last 29 years aggregating a platform centralising all serviced offices in the UK and globally. In effect, this means that we can serve any requirement in any given country as long as there’s stock available.
We act as the middleman between the tenant (client) and the landlord (partner) in which we scan the market and present the client with the best options fitting their requirement. Then we arrange viewings for them and finally negotiate directly on their behalf with the landlord to ensure the best possible outcome for the client.
We are present in more than 100 countries with more than 20,000 properties, though only with offices in the UK and the US (our second largest revenue-driven market).
