Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Internal Export Sales Assistant at Franklite Ltd, located in Milton Keynes. As an Internal Export Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the export sales team in managing and expanding our international customer base. This includes handling customer inquiries, processing quotations, orders, coordinating shipments, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales team, logistics department, and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in an export or international business environment
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of export documentation and shipping processes is a plus
Fluency in additional languages is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
