Job Brief
Candidates will ideally have an interest in golf and prior experience in a travel or events environment is preferred. A commercial and creative approach plus great communication skills both in person and digitally are expected, as is the desire to learn, develop and make a genuine contribution to a small but growing team.
You will work closely with our product and customer experience staff to ensure that the operations team provides seamless delivery of travel experiences.
Responsibilities
Booking administration
Supplier communications, fulfilment of pre-travel checklist, invoicing
Document preparation
Office administration
Management of a small team of Operations Coordinators
Requirements
An interest in golf and an understanding of its language
Previous work experience, ideally in the travel or hospitality sector
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously when required
Ambition
Employment Terms
Full time, 40 hours per week
Workplace pension scheme
25 days paid holiday per annum
Reports to: Reservations Manager
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum, experience dependent
