What Will Be Your Day to Day Tasks?
UKSV will be undergoing a lengthy process of revamping our library, this will involve moving a large amount of paper files for shredding. The tasks to be undertaken require a large amount of manual handling - working at height, lifting weight, bending, twisting, pushing heavy loaded trolleys. This role will also require the use of a computer to accurately record the movement of each paper file.
We are therefore looking for people with the following skills/attributes:
Preferably someone with previous experience of manual labour or has completed a Manual Handling/Health & Safety course
Good IT skills (Microsoft packages or Google Suite)
Ability to deal with confidential information and maintain confidentiality
