The Advocate Group are partnered with an ambitious UK-based FMCG company primarily operating in the Health and Beauty space.
They are currently at £50million in turnover, with plans to double that in the next 3-5 years. They own a strong product and brand portfolio and are distributors for additional great brands.
Looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join the team and support the Senior Brand Manager and wider brand team, developing NPDs, building brand awareness and achieving commercial targets.
The Role
Lead and support in the development of specific NPD to drive brand growth
Updating brand activity trackers in line with budget and sales promotional plans
Where appropriate work with the UK & International Sales Team to create sales campaigns, brand bibles, marketing communication tool-kits.
Deliver key brand support activities – comms activation and brand development initiatives
About you?
1-2 years experience within a marketing role within FMCG or Beauty/Personal care.
Commercial acumen, using data to lead future approaches
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage timelines accurately.
Team player with self-starter ability and initiative.
High lever of energy with a 'can-do' attitude
MS office experience is essential.
Degree educated
