Total Staff Services are currently recruiting a Sales Administrator on behalf of one of our clients based in Bromborough. We're looking for a candidate with proven experience within a similar role.

You will be the first point of contact for customer queries regarding products, orders and deliveries as well as providing support for the internal sales team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of customer service as well as excellent organizational skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who would like to join a growing manufacturing team!

Salary: £24,000 - £25,500 P/A with a review following successful completion of your probation period.

Key Duties:

· Processing orders via email or phone and update the system.

· Checking data accuracy for orders and invoices.

· Dealing with any customer and supplier queries.

· Liaising with the other departments to ensure timely customer deliveries.

· Maintain and update sales and customer records.

· Communicating important feedback from customers internally.

· Including dealing with complaints efficiently.

· Inputting customer orders on Microsoft NAV.

· Monitoring the sales inbox responding to email enquiries in a timely manner.
