The Associate Building Surveyor role
The selected Associate Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of sectors, including commercial, health, education, retail, leisure, and hotel, delivering a comprehensive range of professional services.

Key responsibilities:
Delivering exceptional surveying services across a variety of sectors, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
Actively engaging in business development activities to foster growth and bring in new client opportunities.
Managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Contributing to the strategic planning and direction of the Building Surveying team in Liverpool.
The Associate Building Surveyor
MRICS qualified with substantial experience in a building surveying role within a multi-disciplinary environment.
Demonstrated expertise across a broad range of sectors, with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in each.
A proven track record in business development and client management, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
Excellent leadership skills, with a commitment to developing others and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building robust relationships with both clients and colleagues.
