Mackenzie Jones are delighted to have partnered with a hugely successful supplement brand that is growing both in the UK and Internationally. They are one of the most iconic brands in the UK right now, with a science backed story that adds to its credibility. They are looking for a Business Unit / Country Manager who has a branded background, worked with distributors that will lead the Vietnam team and who has a background in operations and sales and has lead and project managed a dynamic market.
The ideal candidate will lead high-level commercial negotiations, strategic planning and marketing initiatives, whilst driving operational efficiency. The candidate will be given strategic authority over Vietnam, encompassing sales, marketing, and operations.

Project management experience / skills
Experience working with large distributors within FMCG or healthcare and national retail chains internationally.
Flexibility, ability and willingness to learn and pick up new processes.
The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
Demonstrate driven, hardworking and self-motivated attitude.
The ability to prioritise tasks in order of importance and meet deadlines efficiently.
Willingness to undertake occasional travel, both domestically within Vietnam and internationally.
