Telemarketer Responsibilities:
Use your Brazilian/Spanish/German language skills on high-profile campaigns
Contact prospects to build a pipeline and identify opportunities
Provide excellent customer service by effectively responding to queries and understanding customer needs
Maintain an accurate CRM system by updating relevant customer information and recording all activity, ensuring all data is correct
Undertake market research
Telemarketer Skills and Experience:
Previous experience gained with an outbound sales position
Native Brazilian speaker / native Spanish speaker / native German speaker with sound English language skills
Excellent telephone etiquette and confident performing high-volume outbound calls
Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and able to influence
Forward-thinking and has a can-do attitude
