We are seeking an Admissions Manager to oversee the admissions process for our academic programs. The successful candidate will manage applications, offers, and student visa processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students. This role requires a deep understanding of the UK and international education environment, as well as UKVI regulations.

Day-to-day of the role: Oversee the admissions process, ensuring procedures are up-to-date and fit for purpose.

Advise on the eligibility and equivalences of UK and international qualifications.

Manage UCAS applications and monitor CRM for applicant suitability.

Schedule online tests and interviews, and liaise with student selection panels.

Coordinate with recruitment managers to ensure effective post-offer communication.

Prepare and distribute key communications such as offer letters and joining instructions.

Oversee international student admissions, including CAS documentation and visa tracking.

Provide weekly reports to the Senior Management Team and update website information in compliance with CMA requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree or equivalent qualification, with evidence of relevant CPD.

Experience in the UK and international education environment.

In-depth understanding of the applicant journey and decision-making skills.

Must have in-depth knowledge of UKVI regulations and CMA requirements for HE and UCAS .

Excellent IT skills, including CRM and other HE systems.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to project offer numbers to meet targets.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively at all levels.

Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
