Provide a support service as required by the Site Manager/Project Manager/Quality Manager/proposal lead in the provision of technical quality information. Independently and proactively prepare Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans to suit the requirements of the customer/contract. Identify Error Traps and implement Error Prevention Tools to reduce instances of predictable error.Governance: Comply with national laws/regulations, follow appropriate delivery processes (e.g. Service Delivery Process, EPC) and adhere to company-wide & functional BOPs and WIsto act in line with standardised working practices. Assist with (and be able to conduct) quality audits, investigations/inspections, identifying non-compliance with the quality management system and customer quality arrangements.Innovation: Be aware of the need for development innovation at more senior levels and begin to build an awareness of expectations in this area in order to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.Communication: Understand the need for networking and begin to build up a basic internal relationship network in order to leverage expertise, influence decision making and satisfy requirements.
