Reporting to the Managing Director, duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
Lead and manage the on-site student team, overseeing recruitment, training and performance management.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives and maximise occupancy rates.
Offer expert advice to clients on pricing, presentation, and marketing strategies.
Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and successfully close deals.
Deal with day-to-day tenant and landlord enquiries.
Build relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Oversee promotion of properties across multiple platforms, including online portals and social media.
Stay informed about property market trends and industry developments.
Ensure strict adherence to relevant legislation and regulations, including the Housing Act, GDPR, and AML.
Resolve any client or tenant complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Engage with customers in a positive manner always ensuring the highest levels of customer care and service.
Property management to include maintenance, repairs, inspections, inventories, and rent collection.
Ensure Landlords and properties are compliant.
Ensuring that processes, policies, and procedures are adhered to and contributing to any reviews of policy and procedures.
Meet or exceed service standards and KPI’s.
Providing regular performance reports.
This is a busy and challenging role. The ideal candidate will have previous student property management experience as well as leadership experience in a similar role. You must have excellent organisational and planning skills, along with exceptional communication skills and relationship management. This is a fast paced role and you must be able to deal with high pressure situations in a professional manner as no two days will be the same!
Our client is offering a basic salary of up to £35,000.
