Salary/Package: €75K – 85K (Per Annum)
Location: Various Projects in Europe

Key Role Deliverables
Assist other planners in the team on their projects, providing planning support and mentoring them
Ensure proper integration of design and procurement elements of programmes with construction phases
Produce integrated tender programmes and present proposals to settlement meeting
Change management: review programme impact of changes and advise on EOT requirements
Produce schedules as well as obtain approvals from clients for both programmes and EoTs
Accountability for the most complex, largest or several significant projects and manage all to a successful conclusion with minimal supervision, this may involve supervising other Planners
Setting up appropriate lean visual programme to assist the Project Team to timely deliver projects and improve productivity, performance and safety of projects
Any other reasonable requests as required by Management
Minimum Qualifications/Experience
Post degree / relevant technical experience in major construction projects.
Operational experience (i.e. site engineer/agent) together with significant experience of planning services in medium to large projects in UK or Europe
Good customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
Must be able to own and present the “Plan” at all levels within the organisation structure
Demonstrable capability and proven skills in the use of planning products (e.g. Primavera Project Management, Microsoft Project, Asta), TiLoS, Synchro etc
Understand and utilise Critical Path Analysis, Earned Value Techniques, and “Extension of Time” analysis techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage a large workload and prioritise tasks
