Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their aftersales needs.
Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide expert advice and solutions.
Schedule service appointments and ensure efficient workflow in the garage.
Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer requirements and ensure accurate service delivery.
Handle inquiries over the phone, via email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy.
Handle parts inquiries and orders.
Maintain inventory and stock levels.
Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive aftersales or customer service
Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits
Up to £29k
Monday - Friday
20 days holiday + BH
Family run, friendly team
