As a Core HR & Self-Service Subject Matter Expert (SME) you will contribute to the success of our People Services Transformation. If you are passionate about optimising HR systems and enhancing user experiences, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities include providing expert guidance on Core HR processes, collaborating with project teams to refine system functionality, bridging communication gaps between technical teams and end-users, analysing user feedback for continuous improvement, and contributing to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Your expertise in HR system implementations, analytical prowess, and effective communication skills will be pivotal in ensuring the success of People Services Transformation.
