Role Responsibilities
The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will be required to manage their own caseload, dealing with a range of commercial property matters and deliver outstanding client care. This will be a varied role within an excellent team of friendly, knowledgeable and supportive professionals. Your caseload will include the following matters:
Sale and purchase of commercial property and land
Overage and development clawback agreements
Easements
Planning agreements
