The Company
My client are an exciting high-growth agency recruiting into the Tech market. After founding within the last 5 years they have rapidly grown to 40+ heads and with further growth planned this year, they are looking to ensure they invest in their people effectively with an L&D function, this being their first L&D hire.
They will continue to grow through academies of top graduates, alongside introducing excellent senior hires where possible to continue an effective growth pattern across the business. With a strong support function in place, L&D is the next key investment area for the business.

Own the entire L&D function with license to make decisions with full support from the board
Directly reporting into the Founders
The Role
As L&D Manager, you will:
Introduce process, structure, strategy and a common reporting/KPI setup to be used business wide.
Develop programmes to cover learning at all levels, including academies, experienced recruiters and those new to management.
Be instrumental in building a culture and common ground for the business to adopt from the top down.
Run all training and coaching, including but not limited to classroom coaching, desk side, 121 support and lunch & learns/extra-curricular.
Support the business with a future hiring approach and work with the TA team to attract talent that suits the business model.
Opportunity to scale the L&D function as the business scales and has the need for further support.
What we are looking for
Recruitment experience (360 essential, contract preferred)
Experience of exposure to L&D in a recruitment company before (preferred)
This role is open to exceptional contract recruiters/billing managers looking to take their first step into an L&D role
Someone willing to work 4-5 days a week in office in Central London
Please note that candidates without the prerequisite L&D experience (gained within the recruitment sector), will not be considered for the role.
