Position Overview: Seeking a skilled Conveyancing Manager to join our team. The Conveyancing Manager will oversee operations, ensuring efficient delivery of conveyancing services as well as having a reduced caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and manage conveyancing professionals, providing guidance and support.
Workflow Management: Oversee workflow, ensuring timely completion of conveyancing transactions.
Client Service: Maintain high standards of client service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and firm procedures.
Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external parties.
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer)
Minimum of 5 years of conveyancing experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Thorough understanding of conveyancing processes and regulations.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
