A recognised accountancy qualification (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA).
Preferably, experience with Xero accounts software.
Proficiency in bookkeeping and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of finance department operations, deadlines, and reporting accuracy.
A proactive approach to learning and taking ownership of tasks.
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
People management experience.
