A leading Construction group are seeking a Group FP&A Specialist to join the team on a 12-month FTC with potential to go permanent for the right individual. The business is going through an exciting transition. They are looking for a personable and proactive Analyst to challenge the status quo, support the FP&A team, produce financial models, and continue developing strong stakeholder relationships.
This role will involve business partnering across various finance teams and the wider business, reporting to the Head of FP&A. The business operates on a hybrid basis with 2 days a week in the office and have a collaborative working culture.
Core Responsibilities:
Produce management information for internal and external stakeholders, providing market trends, business needs and analysis to drive decision making.
Produce financial models in line with 3 and 5-year business plans, assisting the transaction teams.
Business Partner with the FP&A and Group Finance teams providing regular reporting and analysis to drive performance.
Assist with process improvement where necessary.
Assist with ad hoc projects and provide support and value to the business to drive effective business decisions.
Key skills and experience required:
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
Experience in the construction space ideal.
Previous experience with M&A and producing financial models.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems preferred.
