An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join an exciting organisation based in West Glasgow for 6 months as they go through another period of growth and development.

This innovative global business is highly respected within their field who are now seeking to recruit a Finance Business Partner for the business as they continue to grow.
The Role
The role of the Business Partner is to work closely with business departments to create a real and active partnership with both operations and management. To be a trusted adviser and add value that will assist the decision making process.
Responsibilities
You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:
Involvement and leading in a number of high valuable & business critical projects - integration, capital investment etc.
Contributing to the development and execution of top-level Strategic business plans
Production and presentation of monthly reporting packs
Business partnering with senior internal and external stakeholders including key non-financial Exec’s & Departmental Heads
Variance analysis with ability to understand & challenge variances
KPI setting and monitoring
Short, medium and long-term forecasting
Budget setting and monitoring
Reviewing and developing processes, procedures & controls
Adhoc duties
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:
Qualified Accountant - CIMA/ICAS/ICAEW/ACCA
Power BI experience is essential
Proven track record of business partnering within non-financial stakeholders
Highly analytical and advanced user of Excel
Ability to engage, interact and influence senior stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
On Offer
This is a Full-Time role offering a competitive salary up to £65,000, dependent on experience. This position will be under a hybrid working model allowing you to gain both the benefits of flexibility of working from home and having some days in office.
