Our client is part of an international hotel company seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Revenue Manager to join their revenue management team, based in Hampshire, therefore you can commute from nearby counties, Surrey, Berkshire, Wiltshire etc

Managing 130 + bedrooms with meeting & event space
Reporting directly to the General Manager with support from the Regional Revenue Manager

The Revenue Manager will
Review hotel performance with the General Manager
Set strategy and create outputs which drive performance, short, medium and long term etc
Implement standards of practice and processes when needed
Provide leadership and direction to the Sales Team
Maximise all sales opportunity's
Experience of Opera, Ideas, Delphi etc would be an advantage.
As Revenue Manager you will have
Worked in a similar size property or a smaller property looking for that next step up
Excellent commercial acumen
Great man management, leadership and communication skills
Great organisational, planning, numerical and analytical ability
Be accountable and resilient
Agility to respond to different work situations
Great support from the Regional Revenue Manager
You must currently live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
