We are currently seeking a Merchant Countersales Person to join our client in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
Dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone
Giving excellent customer service and sound product advice
Providing quotations for customers
Purchasing materials and managing stock levels for the category
Taking a proactive approach to sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sales.
Qualifications and Skills
You will be working within a close-knit team and will be dealing with our customers daily. Sales experience within a merchant environment is preferable although training will be given to the right candidate
