So, what makes life at PRG unique?
n induction like no other. As part of your welcome, you will enjoy a day at the Porsche Experience Centre, Silverstone, where you drive a selection of Porsches on the track.
Porsche for a weekend. Once a year, for a special occasion, you will get a choice of a Porsche, at no additional cost to you.
Every staff member is treated as a brand advocate. You will be able to support events, such as the Porsche GB Carrera Cup.
Salary increases in line with progression. As you progress your career your salary will increase at every level, and as a Porsche ‘Gold' Master Technician, you will be eligible for a VW Group company vehicle.

A £2,000 ‘Welcome to PRG' bonus will be paid upon passing your probationary period.

Fixed hours each week - no shift patterns. Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis from 8.00am to 1.00pm. Overtime is paid and often available.
