There is a huge potential for personal growth as we continue to the build on the reputation of our two London sites (NEST & ST BARTS) and our high-end events on the road.
NEST serves seasonal British Set Menus that, to minimise waste, use only one meat in the kitchen at a time. Alongside a focussed drinks list & Wine Pairing, that celebrate organic, biodynamic & natural wines.
We have a fantastic & growing reputation and are currently one of the very highest Google rated restaurants in London. We're looking for an outgoing and ambitious individual to help build on this reputation and hopefully grow within the restaurant & wider group.
Role & Responsibilities:
As Sous Chef you will;
Assistthe head chef with themanagement ofthe kitchen
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
Managing and training any chef de parties or commis working with you
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
