Job Title: Business Analyst with PMO Responsibilities
Location : Hybrid. Mainly remote with occasional travel into the office. (a couple of days per MONTH in Leamington Spa)

Job Summary :
As a Business Analyst with PMO responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation's project management framework and business analysis processes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify needs, define requirements, and recommend effective solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business requirements.
- Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Facilitate project meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and consensus among stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain project management processes and standards within the PMO.
- Monitor project performance against key metrics and milestones, identifying risks and issues proactively.
- Support project managers in resource allocation, tracking, and reporting.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and tools.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-4 years) in business analysis, project management, or PMO roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Jira, Netsuite is desirable).
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
