Abatec are working with a long-established Specialist Civil Engineering contractor based in Newton Abbot. As a Quantity Surveyor you will join an excellent, stable growing company and commercially manage 2-3 projects simultaneously. * Take control of change management.

Our client requires a Quantity Surveyor with:
* Experience working in Civil Engineering and NEC form of contract
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management techniques
* Membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is desirable but not essential
Salary/Benefits:
* Up to £65,000 per annum dependant on level of experience

* 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
